Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the products and services of Spaces.fm, registered in the Netherlands, and operating worldwide, including the USA and European Union (EU). By accessing or using our website, social media pages, or services (collectively, the "services"), you agree to these Terms.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, and the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. For users in the USA, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other local laws apply.

Please also refer to our Privacy Policy for information regarding how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

1. Agreement to terms.

By using Spaces.fm services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Additional terms.

Additional terms may apply to certain services. If different terms conflict with these, those additional terms will control.

3. Service use.

Eligibility.
You must be 16 years or older to use the services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the services with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Account registration and security.
To access certain services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, and maintain the security of your account. Spaces.fm should be notified of any unauthorized access via support@spaces.fm.

4. Subscriptions and promotional offers.

Recurring subscriptions.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You authorize Spaces.fm to charge your payment method at the start of each subscription period.

Cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds will be given for fees already paid.

Promotional offers and lifetime subscriptions.
Promotional offers may convert to recurring subscriptions unless canceled before the offer expires. Lifetime subscriptions are for the lifetime of Spaces.fm services and are non-transferable. Future services or features may not be covered under lifetime subscriptions.

5. Payment terms.

Payment method.
You agree to provide valid payment information when purchasing a subscription or service. If a payment is declined, Spaces.fm reserves the right to cancel the purchase or suspend access to services.

Right of withdrawal (EU).
For users in the EU, you have 7 days to withdraw from your purchase of a subscription and receive a full refund. If you use the services during the 7-day period, you waive this right unless the services are defective.

6. Ownership and license.

Ownership of content.
All content on Spaces.fm, including soundscapes, music, sessions, and trademarks, are owned by Spaces.fm and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our services without permission.

License.
Spaces.fm grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the services for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the services for any unauthorized or commercial purpose.

7. User content.

Content you provide.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Spaces.fm (e.g., comments, feedback). By posting content, you grant Spaces.fm a license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.

Prohibited content.
You may not upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

8. Third-party content.

Spaces.fm may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content or any transactions you make with them.

9. Termination or suspension.

Spaces.fm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may cancel your account at any time, but subscriptions are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spaces.fm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law.

For users in the USA, these Terms are governed by the laws of California. For users in the EU, Switzerland, and the UK, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

12. Changes to terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
